Ingredients:
1lb lean ground turkey (I triple my recipe and make 18 loafs)
1 egg
1/2c seasoned bread crumbs (I use Panko bread crumbs... little more healthy and lighter on the gut)
1/2c Newmans Sockarooni (way less calories than kethcup) Ketchup is still an option if needed
2 tsp Ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine turkey, egg, panko, sockarooni sauce in a large bell and mix well.
Divide meat into cupcake tins.
In a small bowl whisk ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Top your muffins with sauce
Bake for 30 minutes
