Join a Challenge Group


How many times have you started a new exercise routine? You are STOKED at the beginning!! You can't stop thinking about the results that you want to see, and the week before you start, you have your PLAN down and you know what you are going to do. That Monday comes and you start... you have a good couple days.... then you wake up late or work longer than usual, the kids are sick, and life gets in the way. Do you start making excuses as to why you don't have the time, energy or money to keep up with your workout routine?  I did ALL of those things- I had crutches everywhere and I used them. I finally knew I couldn't do it alone, but I definitely couldn't afford a trainer again for the motivation. I knew I needed accountability, I knew I needed something more than I could give myself. So I joined my first Challenge Group.

In my Challenge Group I had all of these amazing people on their own journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle right by my side. We were all posting different things and not only did my Coach help me, all these new friends were helping me as well. I was NOT going to be the person to not post. When I needed a pick me up, they were there. When they needed one, I was there for them. No one is perfect, but we can strive to be the best possible version of ourselves!  I would check in quickly in the morning and see everyone who posted about their workouts.... so I knew I had to get mine in that night. I saw all these amazing clean eating recipes that I could now try, b/c when I started this-cooking was like the blind leading the blind to me. I had no clue where to start. What my version of healthy was- was exactly why I wasn't getting results.

I fell in love with Beachbody products, especially drinking Shakeology but I still wasn't 100% on track, and wouldn't drink it every day. Sometimes I would just skip meals, not having enough time to make something fresh and healthy, not realizing that was worse for me! I went back and forth on this roller coaster of clean eating. The one thing I would never miss, were my dates with Sean T. The problem with that? Results are 80% Nutrition, 20% workout. I went to my groups for help. Meal prepping was KEY. So I found an extra 10 minutes to actually plan my meals for the week and make my grocery list off of that~and STICK to it.

As a coach for the discount, I figured if I could help ONE person feel the way I felt after 60 days, I would consider myself happy. I have since helped more people than I can count on 2 hands. I want to help YOU!! I want you to know how it feels to fuel your body in a healthy AND delicious way. I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin, maybe for the first time, or to get back to where you once were. I want to help you become THE BEST version of yourself!!
