Coffee & Chai Recipes

**Option to add ½ cup water to all recipes for a thinner shake. Add ice for a thicker shake. Or substitute rice milk with soy, almond, nonfat, coconut milk, or even just water.
 
Frozen Mocha
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup rice milk
1 tbsp instant coffee
Ice to taste
 
Honey Mocha
1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Shakeology
½ cup rice milk
½ cup chilled coffee
Drizzle of raw honey or agave nectar
 
Coconut Mocha
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup of cold coffee
Coconut extract (a tiny dash)
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
 
Vanilla Mocha
1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology
4 oz water, ice
1 cup cold coffee
½ tsp vanilla extract
 
Tiramisu
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup cool brewed coffee
1/4 cup rice milk
2 tbsp part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp rum extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
 
Nutz about Raisins
1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup rice milk
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp crushed walnuts or almonds
1 tsp instant coffee

Chocolate Chai
1 cup brewed black tea, cooled
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice

Vanilla Chai
1/2 cup brewed unsweetened chai tea, cooled
1/2 cup water
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1 tsp. raw honey
1 dash ground allspice
1 cup ice
