Vanilla Recipes

**Option to add ½ cup water to all recipes for a thinner shake. Add ice for a thicker shake. Or substitute rice milk with soy, almond, nonfat, coconut milk, or even just water.

Orange Dream
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2c 100% orange juice
1/2c water
1/2 tsp grated orange peel

Vanilla Almond
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1c unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. natural almond butter

Vanilla Chai
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1c cooled chai tea
1 tsp raw honey
1 dash ground allspice

Tiramisu
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1c cooled coffee
1 tbsp. mascarpone (or part-skim ricotta)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp rum extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/4c water
3/4c vanilla rice milk
1/2c canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. raw pecans (optional)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Greek Islander
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2c nonfat plain yogurt
1/4c 100% pomegranate juice
1/2c blackberries
3/4c water
2 fresh basil leaves

Peaches & Crème
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1c sliced fresh peaches
2/3c water
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Orange Crème
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2c 100% orange juice
1/2c unsweetened rice milk

Morning Refresher
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2c water
1/3c cubed mango
1/3c pineapple chunks
1/2 medium banana

Pina Colada
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2c water
1/2c 100% pineapple juice
1/2 tsp coconut extract
